Our special edition cutting boards are designed in the shape of Oregon. Made from renewable, 3-ply bamboo plywood using non-toxic glues. The edges are smooth and beveled front and back. It's finished with a blend of food-grade mineral oil and beeswax to protect and seal it. Bamboo is harder than maple and makes a durable cutting surface that will last for years. Care instructions included. Approx. 12.5" wide, 9.5" high and 0.5" thick.
